Provision to Hire, Supply, Install, Maintain and Store Festive Lights - London Borough of Sutton

The London Borough of Sutton (LBS) contains six local committees, five of which have decided on the installation of Festive Lights in their district centres during the 2024 festive period and the intention of installing lights over the coming years, thus benefiting from economies of scale afforded by a multi annual contract.

The professional installation and removal of festive lighting is an important matter for Sutton's residents, businesses and the local Councillors who represent them. \r \r The Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider to hire, supply, install and remove, store, maintain and test festive lighting in the specified district centres for a period of three years with an option to extend the contract for a further 1 year.\r \r The Council has a total annual budget in the range of £42,000-£45,000 maximum
