The Authority is allowing the Operator to operate and commercialise an E-scooter hire scheme or E-scooter schemes within the Geographical Area defined in paragraph 3 of this Schedule (the Scheme) This schedule 1 provides a design brief for the E-scooter proposition, including a series of minimum requirements.
