We support adults, children and young people, and families to improve their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Our services include supporting those in our communities who have been affected by alcohol dependency, substance use, domestic abuse, social and economic deprivation, offending, and homelessness.

We would like to invite expressions of interest for our Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care Training Tender.

The purpose of this tender is to ensure that the keystone for all of our Psychosocial Interventions and Psychological Therapies - the bedrock upon which our interactions and interventions sit - is established with greater clarity and assurance across the organisation.

This tender opportunity forms part of this transformation process and is aligned to our organisational People Plan - our overarching strategy for workforce development.

Our intent is to create a sustainable delivery network to support an initial core training programme for all 4500 of our people, and an ongoing programmed approach.

The specific objectives and scope of this tender will be outlined in our Invitation to Tender document.

We will be looking to procure providers who can deliver at scale - regional or national - any of the following training components: - Online, live, or video based Motivational Interviewing Refresher Training - Online, live, or video based 'Spirit of Motivational Interviewing' Training - Online, live, or video based Motivation Interviewing Training - Face-to-face classroom based Motivational Interviewing Training - Face-to-face classroom based Motivational Interviewing Refresher Training for those with Acquired Prior Learning (APL) - Motivational Interviewing (MI) Leaders - Reflective Leadership Sessions - Online, live, or video based principles of Trauma Informed Care and Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE) Training - Face-to-face principles of Trauma Informed Care and Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE) Training - Trauma Informed Care (TIC) Leaders - Reflective Leadership Sessions We welcome interest from providers of any size and across any geography, who can work within our guiding parameters, deliver against our project brief, and that meet our award criteria and evaluation.
