Fulham Town Hall Architectural, Heritage and Structural Design Monitoring Services

To appoint a multi-disciplinary team, led by architects and supported by appropriate structural engineering/heritage specialists with significant conservation experience, and supported by specialist structural engineering services, to deliver Architectural, Heritage and Structural Design Monitoring Services for Fulham Town Hall.

The appointed Consultant will assist the Council in monitoring and ensuring a high design quality of the development (including all work to the listed building and new build elements) by providing commentary and advice to the Local Planning Authority during its detailed design stages (including the submission of design related condition discharges), construction and handover stages to ensure that the design of the proposal scheme is being implemented in accordance with the principles agreed by the original consents/subsequent discharge of conditions applications.
