50%) and isolated individual slate repairs to the other 50% of Slope 6 with new (imperial sized) roof slates to match existing and isolated individual slate repairs to the other 50% of Slope 6 with new (imperial sized) roof slates to match existing; including works in connection with any associated existing fittings and lead flashings and reinstatement of same.
4.
A combination of patch and individual slate repairs to all other roof slopes using a mixture of reclaimed and new (imperial sized) slates in replacement of individual or small patches of slates; including works in connection with any associated existing fittings and lead flashings and reinstatement of same.
5.
Stripping of head courses and reinstatement on new battens on Slopes 1-9.
Provision of a Upvc eaves carrier to slopes 1 -9.
