Multiply, UKSPF and others we would like to have an Approved Provider List for Trusted Partners in place so that we can streamline subcontracting to local Providers.

Funding streams are often confirmed by funding body late, leaving little time for a full procurement process.

Using an APL will mean that learning can start sooner and targets are more likely to be met.
