The brief

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) has commissioned a study to examine the issues of the levels of leasehold and freehold charges being charged, and the variation within these, in order to inform the development of its leasehold reform policy and future programme.

This is an amendment to the existing contract, increasing the Verification Survey from 500 to 1000 responses.
