NHS Bassetlaw CCG : Consultant led Tele Dermatology Service

The aim is to deliver the diagnostic skills of consultant dermatologists directly to GP practices through an N3 hosted telemedicine app.

Once advice is deemed necessary by the general practitioner or GP based clinical nurse specialist, every skin related referral can be sent through this channel using practice HCA's and administration staff to upload histories and pictures of skin lesions, wounds or rashes.

The Contract will be for a term of three years with the opportunity to extend for one further year subject to mutual agreement between the successful Bidder and the Authority.

The maximum term of Contract is consequently four years.

The contract value is £50,000.00 per annum.
