The central contract held with British Telecom for N3 (private Health network) ceased on 31st March 2017.
Trusts are required to migrate existing services to the new Health and Social Care Network (HSCN).
In the interim period the existing infrastructure is known as the HSCN Transition Network (TN).
BCHC is to procuring HSCN via a further competition under the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) connectivity new services framework (RM3825). ** Notes: 1 - This opportunity is restricted to the suppliers appointed to the CCS RM3825 DPS Agreement.
This tender is published for transparency, suppliers who are not appointed to the DPS will not be evaluated.
2 - Stage 1 suppliers currently working towards Stage 2 are permitted to bid, however, the Trust may only award a contract to a successful bidder who is appointed to Stage 2 of the DPS at point of award.
