The brief

Salary Sacrifice and Employee Benefits The aim of this Contract is to provide a flexible benefits package to all eligible employees in addition to salary sacrifice options as appropriate and in accordance with the requirements of the living wage, via a Salary Sacrifice and Employee Benefits Managed Service.

The objective is to make the system as ‘user friendly’ as possible ensuring staff can access the provision through various mediums and where possible providing flexibility to the users with choice, timescale options and progress reports via individual Management Information.

It is a MANDATORY REQUIREMENT that the solution will be able to host locally agreed benefits for the University.

The Managed Service must be web based and accessible via a medium determined by the staff member i.e. tablet, phone, desktop etc. there must be robust customer service in place in addition to management information for both the employee and University to review usage, accessibility and throughput of the scheme.
