• The whole works will involve the following: o The demolition of the existing parapet walls including removing of concrete copings. o The removal, storage, any alteration and resecuring of the metal balustrading and any metal capping’s including renewing of all relevant and appropriate fixings. o Minor remedial repairs to existing mastic asphalt decking. o The application of “Topseal” overlay system to mastic asphalt decking including but not limited to all upstand’s, tops of exposed brickwork and including the formation of DPC across the base of the demolished parapet wall. o Rebuilding parapet walls in identical brickwork including renewing concrete copings. o Refitting of metal balustrading and capping’s. o Installing hopper head and rainwater pipes in black 63mm round section. o Excavating, altering and connecting to existing surface water drainage.
