Provision of Learning Management System and Content Provider

The Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) require a learning management system to provide access to all learning and development for staff and a limited number of external users.

We would like the Learning Management System to integrate with a content provider, preferably directly or via a subcontracting arrangement, to provide staff access to a range of learning opportunities on a wide variety of content.
