The brief

Building on the recommendations and findings of the strategic outline case 'lite' report of March 2023, West Oxfordshire District Council) wishes to appoint an independent, specialist consultants to prepare a full economic analysis of the CWORC.

The purpose of the analysis will be to quantify the likely economic benefits to be accrued by the CWORC scheme through the creation or retention of jobs, land value uplift, inward investment and housing availability.
