Birmingham Office Cleaning Services
This sits in the lower-middle of the Environment & Waste band — a mid-scale opportunity. Based on 11,894 valued Environment & Waste tenders in our corpus.
Ofwat's current cleaning contract is due to expire on 10 January 2023 and the Customer is therefore competitively tendering for a Supplier to provide Birmingham Office Cleaning Services for the period 11 January 2023 - 10 January 2026 with the option for the contract to be extended for 2 periods of up to 12 months.
Ofwat has circa 180 staff working from the Birmingham office, and occupies the 17th and 18th floors (circa 14,946 sq. ft.) of Centre City Tower in central Birmingham.
Ofwat's office space is a combination of cellular and open plan workspace.
Please note that there is a potential of the occupied space to be reduced by circa 2,000 sq. ft. at some point during the Term of the contract.
If this is the case, then it is expected that the cost of the Services will also be reduced to reflect this reduction.
Ofwat will keep the Supplier informed as soon as it is able to.
