Household Customer Research into Retail Competition
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
This sits in the upper-middle of the Research & Development band — a substantial contract for the sector. Based on 20,405 valued Research & Development tenders in our corpus.
The survey will cover the 16 water companies in England and is scheduled for completion by 29 July 2016.
Each of the water companies is different but they broadly fall into two categories.
Key Tasks We expect that responses to the ITT will consider based on their experience how the objectives may best be delivered.
Inevitably there are interactions with other aspects of our analysis and the responses we get to the call for evidence and others’ research.
The draft terms of reference for the overall project that has been issued by Ofwat for comment, the call for evidence issued to stakeholders and the initial list of potential market models and scenarios will be available on Ofwat’s website and should be considered with this ITT documentation to allow respondents to consider the wider project context.
