List Based Enhanced Primary Care Service across GP and PCN site locations across North West London ICS

Contracts have been awarded, and where applicable extended, for the provision of various Enhanced Primary Care Services covering the registered population across 373 GP and PCN sites in all 8 boroughs of North West London from 1st April 2022 - 31st March 2023.

The estimated total value of the contracts is £73,863,724.00.

Specifications within the contracts are for out of hospital services such as phlebotomy, ECG, diabetes and are outcomes based.

The contracts have been designed to focus on improving clinical outcomes, driving improvements in the consistency of care provision in all GP practices, reduce unwarranted variation in GP, and reduce health and care inequalities.

The intentions have been formalised as per the notice issued in March 2022.

NHS North West London is of the view that only the listed providers are capable of delivering these services across North West London boroughs because this provider group has access to the registered list of patients, can proactively identify patients and has access to the entire patient medical record.
