Vacant Property Management , Environmental Services and Lone Worker Services (Oct 2020- Apr 25)

Service are to be delivered between October 2020- April 2025 Lot 1 Vacant Property Management Services Estimated Value £110,000.00 Cobalt is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified Service Provider to provide Vacant Property Services .The service provider is to provide security to empty properties by the use of steel, polymer, alarms, net curtains and the use of Covert surveillance cameras when requested.

The provider will be required to provide 24 hour, 365 day emergency response service to respond to emergencies and activation.

The service provider is to fit key safes on request when security is being installed to properties.

Lot 2 Environmental Services Value Estimated£97,000.00 Cobalt is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified Service Provider to provide pest Control and Environmental Service .

The Service Provider is required to carry out a full survey to identify the treatment required to eradicate the infestation, clearance of Nests, baiting of traps.

The Service Provider will provide treatments for Squirrels, Rats, Mice, Bed Bugs, Cockroaches, Fleas, Ants, Silverfish, Beetles and removal of Bird/ Bee/ Wasp Nests.

These may require repeat visits until the case is satisfactorily concluded.

Lot 3 Lone Worker Services Value Estimated£40,000.00 The provision of a monitored lone work health and safety solution with devices that allow activation's to be triggered with the appropriate controls and intervention as required to assist staff in carrying out their duties in a safe environment to minimise any risks that working alone involves.
