Quantity Surveying Services Framework - Selection Stage

The University is inviting consultants to participate in this procurement process with the aim of establishing a Quantity Surveyor Services Framework to support the Facilities Team with cost analysis on future Capital Development projects (this could include new builds, refurbishment of existing buildings, or infrastructure works).

The proposed framework will include 3 QS firms, and work will be awarded on rotation or via mini-competition.
The approximate value is £500,000 per annum across the framework as a whole.
The contract will run for an initial 2 years, at which point there will be the option to extend by a further 2 years, and after that a final 1 year.
Extensions are subject to performance and mutual agreement between the supplier and the University.
The maximum framework duration is 5 years.
