Prior Information Notice (PIN) for the provision of Palliative Medicine Lead Employer Services - Health Education England, London and South East - NHS/SoEPS/17.359

NHS South of England Procurement Services (SoEPS), acting on behalf of Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) will be commencing a tender for the provision of Palliative Medicine Lead Employer Services.

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to advise prospective providers of the Commissioners intention.

HEE London & South East (HE LaSE), HEE's Local Education and Training Board (LETB), is currently looking to establish a single Lead Employer for all its Palliative Medicine Specialty Trainees whilst working across Hospital based and Hospice settings.

HEE London & South East is looking to procure a new Lead Employer for an initial contract term of three years, with the option to extend for a further two years.

The ITT is expected to be published week commencing 09 October 2017.

The Commissioner reserves the right not to proceed with the Procurement, or any part thereof, or change the requirements as necessary at any time.

It is the intention of the commissioner that the procurement will be conducted as a Service Contract using an Open Procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
