Leeds City College - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Appliance Term Maintenance Contract

Leeds City College and Leeds College of Music are looking to source a partner to provide maintenance and upkeep on air conditioning and refrigeration units across the scope of our estate.

The opportunity is to be the primary point of all maintenance and repair, with the contracted annual charge to include all expected repairs up to a defined maximum value.

Leeds City College and Leeds College of Music intend to appoint a single contractor to cover both group members however reserve the right to appoint separate providers should there be suitable justification to do so.

This opportunity is being tendered against the standard terms of purchase of the College.
