The brief

Chesterfield Borough Council is seeking to commission a Contractor to carry out the provision and installation of Property Level Flood Resilience (PLR) measures for 23 properties located on Tapton Terrace, Chesterfield.

The works will include the supply and installation of a range of PLR measures including but not limited to: • Flood doors or flood barriers/gates • Air brick covers (preferably automated) • Non return valves • Amending window heights and associated brickwork • General repair and protection to brickwork and pointing
