NHS ARDEN AND GREATER EAST MIDLANDS
Dementia Navigator Service
Birmingham Cross City CCG, on behalf of Birmingham South Central, Solihull and Sandwell & West Birmingham CCG are holding a market engagement event for a Dementia Navigator Service.
The service will provide Dementia advisors and support workers for people suffering with Dementia across the footprint of the 4 CCGs involved in this procurement.
The service will provide timely information, advice and support to individuals and their families, friends or carers throughout their journey with dementia, enabling them to live well as long as possible.
This will include people who are worried about their memory, individuals newly diagnosed and those who have been living with dementia for some time but who could benefit from support.
The market engagement event will look to provide information on the service and to seek feedback from the market regarding the service specification, including the opportunity for organisations to raise questions with Commissioners regarding how they envisage the service being shaped going forward.
The event will also offer the opportunity for interested parties to be briefed on the proposed procurement vehicle and gain insight into what is expected from them in preparing a tender.
The event will be held on Friday, 22nd September between 9.30am and 12.30pm in the Mary Seacole Room, Bartholomew House, 142 Hagley Road, Birmingham, B16 9PA.
Places are limited to one place per organisation as space in the meeting room is limited.
Places can be booked via Eventbrite on the following link: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/dementia-navigator-service-market-engagement-tickets-37032920462
