The brief

** This is not a call for competition** REQUIREMENT The Pensions Regulator are inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to express their interest in delivering employee engagement services and to attend a pre-market engagement event in December 2023 (date/time TBC) held via Microsoft Teams.

We are looking for: 1) A consulting partner with; -Employee engagement specific consultancy services available to advise us on building a tailored employee engagement strategy, with effective action planning -Employee engagement survey expertise alongside alternative approaches -Employee listening and employee experience expertise 2) A software platform/tool that provides and supports; -Employee surveys -A variety of other methods for eliciting feedback, aside from surveys -Opportunities and channels for two-way dialogue -Analysis and reporting (in real time) Our preference would be a supplier that could deliver on both requirements.

However, we are pragmatic about the technicality of our ask so we will consider working with organisations who can deliver in partnership e.g. a consultancy who regularly partner with a software provider.

Separate commissions from multiple suppliers will also be considered.

The supplier will deliver sustainable, tailored and action focused approaches to measuring employee engagement.

With our aim being to adopt a continuous listening strategy to gather feedback across the employee life-cycle enabling more strategic, targeted, and agile action planning/taking.

ANTICIPATED CONTRACT LENGTH & START DATE Consultancy; The consultancy phase may last from 3 - 6 months.

Suppliers will need resource availability to mobilise and commence between April - June 2024.

Software platform/tool; Decision on length of contract will be made after consultations.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Should a Call-Off Agreement be awarded following a further competition, the potential provider agrees to supply the services in accordance with The Pensions Regulator Terms and Conditions.

INSTRUCTIONS/NEXT STEPS If you can meet both requirements, or one of the above requirements as described in this notice and you will be available to attend a supplier early engagement event during the period of 4th - 19th December please register your interest in writing via email to aprocurement@tpr.gov.uk quoting reference 'TPR1523' on or before the response deadline of 24th November.
