Passenger Lift Maintenance and Servicing
EEM are undertaking this procurement exercise to establish a Lift Maintenance and Repairs framework which will ensure Members have access to contractors who can undertake Maintenance , Servicing and Responsive Repairs to low and high rise Passenger and Goods Lifts, 24hours a day/ 7days a week when called upon.
The Contractor will be required to carry out all of the works to a range of tenanted property types including, but not limited to; domestic housing stock, high rise and low rise flats, office accommodation, hospitals, student accommodation and schools.
The main elements covered by this framework will be: •Ad hoc and Annual Servicing of any goods or passenger lifts •Emergency Breakdown response(Inclusive within Servicing contracts) •General Maintenance associated with the above
