The University of Salford is seeking to select a Contractor to undertake the refurbishment of the ground, first, and second floors of the Clifford Whitworth Library building; the second floor of the Lady Hale Annexe building; and alteration to the Clifford Whitworth Library external entrance façade.
The lowest value has been declared at £25,000 but the University does not know at this stage what the actual value might be.
