The brief

AGEM are seeking a tailored digital solution to provide training to all primary care staff, which can be tailored to staff members based on their job role and responsibilities, to a 6 months' timescale.

Requirements • Digital learning solution for SystmOne and EmisWeb primary care users. • Ability to measure learning progress and report on pass rates. • Access via SCORM connectors / deployment via our existing LMS. • Access for AGEM to add own content to the LMS. • Access to a service desk for ongoing support via telephone, email, and website live-chat, to cover as a minimum 9am - 5pm. • High-Level Training Plan showing estimated timescales for development and delivery for each option. • Scoping Document identifying where this system training fits in with the AGEM's overall training programme. • Must have course features: o Interactive and engaging content o Enhanced interactions such as typing, clicking, selections o Creation of role-based training profiles based upon organisation training requirements o Knowledge checks / quiz with custom pass rate o Audio narration and transcripts Modules must be accessible and follow guidance and legislation with regards to equality and accessibility in design and user experience and ability to use closed captions.
