CPS & CH Home Ownership - DPS Responsive Repairs and Out of Hours Repairs Service
Contour Property Services (“CPS”) and Contour Homes – Home Ownership are members of Symphony Housing Group (“the Group”) and are seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide a Responsive Repairs day to day service and an Emergency out of hours service to the Leasehold developments it manages in the North West of England for a 12 month period from 15th August 2016 and ending 14th August 2017.
Lot 1, lot 2, lot 3, lot 4 Responsive Repairs Day to Day: this will be based on geographic areas.
Contracts will be awarded through the use of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).
Over the course of the next 12 months CPS will appoint works from a list of those Bidders meeting the requirements of the tender based on the prices submitted.
Bidders must specify which Trade Service they can deliver.
A Bidder may register at any time during the lifetime of the DPS, which is to remain open for 12 months.
There is no limit on the numbers of Bidders allowed to be part of the DPS and no guarantee of work.
If a Bidder does not currently meet the selection criteria it can reapply if its circumstances change at any time during the life of the Contract.
Lot 5 Emergency Out of Hours Service: It is our intention to award a contract to a single service provider for the duration of 12 months who has the capability to cover the whole region.
