CHIC is seeking to establish a framework of suitable independently third-party accredited Economic Operators to deliver Multiple Element Framework.
This will include Multiple Element of the Built Environment and seventeen associated workstreams (Lot 1), Void Works and responsive repairs (Lot 2) for its members.
Lot 1 Workstreams are; Workstream 1- Demolition Workstream 2-Extensions, Alterations and Construction Workstream 3-Groundwork, Remediation and Foundations Workstream 4-External environmental Improvements External Workstream 5- Communal Area improvement Workstream 6- Roofing Workstream 7- Building Plastics Workstream 8- Insulation Workstream 9- Doors Workstream 10- Windows Workstream 11- Electrical Energy Workstream 12- Electrical Wiring Workstream 13- Heating Workstream 14- Bathrooms Workstream 15- Kitchens.
