Daventry District Council (DDC) has resolved to run an online community lottery for the benefit of local good causes.
In order to achieve this outcome, it needs to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced External Lottery Manager (ELM) to set up the lottery and run it on a day to day basis.
Contract length will be one year rolling with three moths notice either way.
