Guinness is looking to contract with a partner to design and potentially print regular customer communications of service charge statements, with experience of providing large volume customised print communications to fixed deadlines.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a supplier who understands the Housing sector and our customer base.
Guinness intends to enter into a contract with a service charge letter design and print supplier for up to a three-year period with the option to extend by a further period of twelve months, subject to performance and value for money evaluations.
However, no guarantee is given by Guinness that such an extension will follow.
