2016 - 385 Estate Based Cleaning Services (Birmingham)
The works will be let in three lots: Lot One Will include the regular, cyclical cleaning of communal areas to flatted accommodation primarily in the Birmingham areas managed by Family Optima on behalf of the WM Housing Group.
We aim to provide excellent services to our customers and the cleaning of these areas is vital to the Group Vision of Creating Places where people can be proud to live.
Lot Two Will be a highly reactive service to ensure our empty homes are returned ready to let in the a minimum possible time delay.
The efficient turn around times of our void properties is a business critical activity.
Not only to enable the incoming tenant to be able to move in, but also to ensure a minimum loss of rental income to the Group.
Lot Three Will include the removal and safe disposal of bulky refuse from our buildings and/or the surrounding estate areas.
This is a highly reactive service and will require Candidates will be expected to be able to fully demonstrate their experience in providing similar services in a collaborative and highly reactive working environment.
