The Occupational Health Team require high quality services offering local, universal Employee Assistance Support with timely access to targeted and specialist services which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.

The comprehensive EAP service will offer extensive resources including, but not limited to: Articles on health, issues at home, issues at work; Management support tools; Stress questionnaires; Online counselling in real time; Website which is an online personal and interactive wellbeing portal which helps staff identify which areas of wellbeing may need some focus and gives all the tools, information and support employees may need to make positive changes; A free of charge telephone service which enables employees to speak to a professional counsellor or information specialist in confidence 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year; Booklets, articles and resource information on support services in employee's local area; Face-to-face counselling to help employees get back on track.
