[London 23-004 ] ESF funded activity to support individuals from the Black Asian and Minority Ethnic communities who are NEET in London LEP area

To procure the services of organisations to deliver activity to support individuals who are NEET on behalf of The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills acting through the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) for delivery in London Local Enterprise Panel (LEP) area [Sub-titled BAME] Delivery of Education & Vocational training services activity funded through the European Social Fund (ESF) to support individuals from the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities who are NEET or in danger of becoming NEET identified in the Local Enterprise Panel(LEP) area mentioned above, but split equally across four (4) sub areas, namely : Central; North & East; South and West with boroughs detailed in the Specification documents.
