**THIS IS A PRE-ADVERTISEMENT ONLY AND NOT A FOMRAL PROCESS** We are looking for building contractor, mechanical engineering company, structural engineering company and electrical engineering company to undertake building works and reactive maintenance across three acute trust sites namely Mid Essex, Basildon and Southend.

The works will be both backlog maintenance and general building works as well as reactive maintenance works across three sites.

The contractors can either apply for one or specialism on one site or across three sites.

Approximate values of the works to be confirmed in due course.

You will also be working alongside the selected P22 appointed contractor on each of the sites who will be responsible for the major larger building works linked to the Strategic Transformation Plan.

Workshops will be held on all three sites to explain the offering and to help assist/ advise you on completion of the necessary paperwork - WORKSHOPS TO BE HELD ON JULY 8TH, 10TH AND 11TH.

EXAMINATIONS WILL FORM PART OF THE OFFICIAL PROCESS.
