To elevate congestion of welfare cabins on the estate Parliament will create 'Welfare Hubs' based in Speakers Green, Black Rods Garden, and Cromwell Green.
These hub will be co-working facilities shared between projects ensuring we meet our legal requirements under CDM Regulations 2015.
