The Council is seeking a provider that has a track record of: • Delivering front-line services and person-centered support • Managing mobilisation processes and the transfer of staff (TUPE) • Financial sustainability • Developing strong partnerships and local knowledge • Supporting diverse communities • Using service user feedback to inform service development.
The contract will be for an initial 4 (four) years from 1st July 2024 to 30th June 2028 with an option to extend for an additional 3 (three) years on an annual basis to June 2031.
