It recognises that online information and advice, in many instances, has become customer's first choice when looking for information about the services available to them.
The growing demand for reliable and comprehensive information is needed to improve customer experience, meet our statutory obligations, and support people in communities across County Durham to help themselves and each other The Council are looking to procure a system where two of the existing directories relating to Childrens and Adults information can be consolidated into one platform.
This platform should also support co-production with partners to support engagement from the various communities the Council supports.
The Council is looking for a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) solution to meet their needs.
The Council is looking to combine two existing directories into one comprehensive solution, at minimum, the new platform should contain the functionality available in these directories: • Family Information Services: http://www.countydurhamfamilies.info/kb5/durham/fsd/home.page • Locate: https://www.durhamlocate.org.uk/
