Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council is looking to receive quotations from suitably qualified bidders to develop a website for the Liverpool City Region Employment and Skills team that will meet the requirements of the Youth Employment Gateway Programme as detailed in the specification.

The contract will run for an initial one year period from 1st May 2015 to 30th April 2016 with an option to extend for further 3 x 12 month extensions at the discretion of the local authority.

Please bear in mind fluctuations in connectivity or the uploading of larger documents can mean that the process takes longer than anticipated.
Any questionnaires submitted or submitted incomplete by the stated deadline time and date will be discarded.
It is the responsibility of the bidder to meet the deadline.
In submitting your quotation you agree to contract on the Council's own terms and conditions.
Due to the Council's obligations of fairness and equal treatment to all bidders it cannot accept amendments to its terms and conditions or alternative terms and conditions.
If you seek to amend the Council's terms and conditions or submit alternative terms and conditions the Council may reject your quotation.
