Southend-on-Sea Borough Council Residents' Perception Survey 2021 and Employee Engagement Survey 2021

Quotations are invited for the supply of a 'residents' perception survey' and 'employee engagement survey' for Southend-on-Sea Borough Council (the Council) of 1,000 randomly selected households and no less than 2,200 Council employees to measure and benchmark a) resident perception of the borough and council services b) employee engagement and viewpoint around working for the Council.

This contract will be in place from 28 May 2021 to 31 January 2022 with an option to extend for up to 12 months or any part thereof.

The value of this contract will be up to £25,000 Bidders should note that all clarification questions must be made in writing (including email).

The Council at their discretion reserves the right to circulate any response to all suppliers.

All clarification questions must be clearly marked CLARIFICATION with the question and Supplier details clearly set out.

Any clarification questions from the Supplier to the Council should be sent to nicolaspencer@southend.gov.uk To allow information to be circulated in time, the deadline for receiving clarification questions is 14:00hrs on Thursday 13th May 2021.

The quotation return date is 14:00hrs on Thursday 20th May 2021.
