Provision of Patient Transport Managed Services
The Trust is seeking Service Provider(s) to be responsible for the safe, timely and comfortable transport of patients between their place of residence and the healthcare facility.
The appointed Service Provider(s) will deliver managed patient transport services for all patients who are under the Trust's care and who meet the agreed eligibility criteria for patient transport.
Lot No 1 Non-Emergency Patient Transport including the eligibility assessment centre and/or Lot No 2 Renal Patient Transport.
We will accept a combination of lots 1 and 2 where that provides the Trust with efficiency and effectiveness.
