The PCC is looking to appoint one or more Contractors to: Carry out primary research on how Problem Solving and other Demand Reduction activities are currently being implemented in forces and develop a practical guide based on that research to help other forces with implementation (LOT 1) Evaluate The PCC's overall programme of work on Problem Solving and Demand Reduction that received police transformation funding from the Home Office (LOT 2) The successful Contractor(s) will be specialists in carrying out social research.
