Pest Control Services Renewal - AWARD

Manchester Metropolitan University (referred to in this document as "the University", "we" "our" or "Us") is seeking to appoint through a competitive tender process a suitably qualified and experienced provider of Pest Control Services.

The University requires the provision of pest control services to replace an existing contract that is due to expire.

The scope of the contract includes both proactive and reactive pest control services across the University estate.

Maps of the sites included in this contract can be found in Appendix 7.

This contract will be managed by the Facilities department which sits under the wider area of Estates, Facilities and Capital Development, and the key personnel involved are Josephine Hilton - Facilities Manager, Mark Miles - Assistant Facilities Manager and Rich Yoxall - Contract Performance Manager.

The University has a diverse range of old and new buildings in city centre environments, rural areas, and parkland, which operate outside of normal working hours.

The University intends to establish a strong relationship with the successful provider built on a culture of constructive challenge, successful delivery and continuous improvement and expects to receive excellent Value for Money from the service provided.
