Provision of Insurance Cover to Direct Health

This Tender is inviting Insurers, Underwriters and/or Managing Agents to submit their Terms for Insurance cover and related services through the Agency of one of two preferred insurance brokers: jonathan.taylor@innovationbroking.com and/or Andrew_bygrave@ajg.com.

These two Brokers will then be submitting their best Terms to Direct Health in line with the stated deadline.

This notice is therefore for the provision of Insurance cover and related services to be delivered by the selected Broker.

The services may include additional services such as claims administration and settlement and risk management.

Direct Health requires insurance cover and related services for a period of two years, subject to satisfactory annual reviews of service and performance.

The term will commence on 1 April 2020.

The minimum requirements for this procurement are as follows: • Appropriate insurance protection for the assets, earnings and liabilities of Direct Health • Appropriate claims handling arrangements for all types of losses, with appropriate recording and systems for the provision of meaningful management information • Appropriate and effective risk management services, including training for the control and reduction of exposures and losses.
