Barrow Borough Council is looking for a supplier to carry out remedial works at Walney Community Centre.
Please find attached the schedule specification, your quotation should include for:- • All labour, plant, materials, Scaffolding, fencing, barriers, signage, overheads, profit, supervision, vehicle expenses, tool/tackle/equipment hire, water and power for the works, travel and non-productive time etc. • Disposal of all debris/waste off-site. • Full compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (including provision of construction phase health and safety plan, risk assessment and method statement).
