The Full Time MBA: an Overview Offering a truly transformational experience, the Lancaster full-time MBA is a one-year programme in the UK, in which students live and study alongside experienced and ambitious professionals from all over the world.
Through a mix of learning opportunities - in the classroom and in organisations - students explore what it really means to be a strategic leader, and at the end of the year, they emerge more aware, more confident and more capable, ready for the next step in their career.
The student population is diverse in terms of age, gender, work experience, culture, language skills, educational background and family status.
The programme team works hard to promote and support this diverse community of learners and to deliver a programme that is sensitive to their differing needs along with a delivery team that is equally diverse.
The Executive MBA: an Overview The Executive MBA programme focuses on enhancing the knowledge, understanding and capability of experienced managers.
The programme prepares managers for senior leadership roles by developing an advanced, holistic understanding of organisations, and a personal ability to think strategically about a range of complex issues.
Students gain an appreciation of the complexity of the business environment, and increase their capability to operate across functional boundaries and at a strategic level.
The programme provides a comprehensive grounding in general management and strategic thinking.
