Concession for the delivery of a bistro at Peachment Place Extra Care Scheme, Bury
Bury Council, in conjunction with Six Town Housing (who are the Council's managing agent for the scheme) are seeking to award a concession to a suitably qualified professional organisation for the provision of a bistro service at our new extra care scheme at Peachment Place in Bury.
The concession for this service will be for a 5 year period commencing in May 2019 (the actual start date will be agreed with the successful bidder) with a 5 year extension concession.
There will be a break-clause after the second year of the original period which gives either party the ability to break the relationship if required.
The closing time for expressing an interest in the opportunity via The Chest is 5.00 pm on Wednesday 13th February 2019 The closing time for completed tender submissions, via The Chest, is 12 noon on Friday 15th February 2019.
