All custom orthotics must be suitable to wear within the type of military boots/shoes they were requested to fit on the prescription form.The enabling contract is for the production of orthotics only.
No on-site clinical assessment of podiatry patients is required.
A total volume of approximately 2500-3000 custom made orthotics are estimated to be required per annum, based upon historical usage.The enabling contract is to be inforce for a period of at least 2 years.
Following that a decision will be made to extend the contract into the option periods or re-tender.
