Rental and Laundry Service of Rail Approved Hi-Vis Coveralls

Please could you submit your proposal for the following upcoming Rental and Laundry Service Requirement that DRS have. • Contract Start Date: 1st August 2021. • Contract Length 24 months with option for a further 12 months extension. • Requirement: Direct Rail Services Limited require a rental and laundry service for rail standards approved Orange Hi-Vis Coveralls.

Scope as follows:  Rental of Hi-Vis Coveralls for 60+ wearers.

Each wearer will require 9 pairs of coveralls.  All coveralls to be approved to Rail Standard RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2 and all garments supplied must contain a label on the garment with this reference number on.  All Garments to be logoed with DRS badging front and rear of garment (design to be discussed).  A weekly collection service for the collection of garments for laundry and return of laundered garments is required.  Individual lockers to be supplied for each wearer (can be in banks of 5) and also a collection locker for garments requiring laundry for each site.  Supplier will be required to collect all garments requiring laundry from site each week and also place laundered garments back in to the individual wearers coverall locker.  Contract is to cover 5 sites with postcodes of: CA3 9NZ, CW2 5AA, ML1 3ST, DN3 3GW and M12 4HR.
