British Embassy Bangkok, Thailand - New Office Fit Out
The UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) would like to invite potential providers to express their interest in the provision of a new office fit-out for the British Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand.
The proposed works will comprise the 'CAT B' Fit-Out of circa 2250m2 of reception, hospitality and office accommodation to floors 11 and 12A of the Sathorn Tower in central Bangkok.
The Procurement will be in accordance with the 'Public Contract Regulations 2015' and is anticipated to follow a restricted procurement route, with an initial Supplier Questionnaire (SQ/PQQ)) short listing process followed by an ITT Stage.
It is anticipated that the form of Contract to be used will be the NEC 3 contract.
Formal advertisement of the opportunity on 'Contracts-Finder' and the Foreign & Commonwealth Office e-Procurement Portal 'e-Bravo' confirming full project /procurement details is anticipated to be mid-March 2018.
The 'SQ/PQQ Process' is anticipated to run from mid-March until mid-May 2018, with the 'Restricted ITT Stage' mid-June until mid-July 2018.
Works are anticipated to commence in October 2018 with a required completion March/April 2019.

The FCO is only seeking interested parties to express an interest to participate in the supplier briefing at this time and non-participation in this event will not be taken into account in any future procurement.
This Early Engagement notice is issued solely for the purpose of alerting the market to an anticipated project and is not a call to competition and does not constitute the commencement of the procurement process.
For the avoidance of doubt, participation in the market sounding exercise is not a pre-requisite for the future procurement process Note: A 'Market Engagement Event' may be undertaken during March 2018 subject to the level of interest received and will be confirmed following the receipt of expressions of interest.
