A dynamic purchasing system for the provision of learning and skills development opportunities.
The Dynamic Purchasing System has been active since March 2018 - this notice is being republished due to a move to a new e-tendering portal.
In order to apply to join the Employment and Skills Dynamic Purchasing System, interested organisations will need to register for a login to YORtender to submit an application to become a pre-approved partner.
